yam cake

Now this, is what I call perks of the job.
Restaurant standard, canteen prices.
An extra large serving for a loyal fan.
I'm the undisputed kueh princess.
Two servings of kueh a day,
keeps me happy all day!
But I really don't think it keeps the doctor away.
Too much carb and hardly a balanced diet.
This was yam cake packed with dried shrimp and a distinct taro taste.
Well, just once in a while.
And those days you'll see me with nothing but a big smile on my face.
Then you'll know... ;)
